Tartar Sauce

INGREDIENTS
1⁄4 cup mayonnaise
1⁄4 cup sour cream
1⁄4 cup sweet pickle relish, drained
2 tablespoons finely minced dill pickles
1 teaspoon grated onion
1⁄4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 dash Tabasco sauce
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1⁄2 teaspoon cream-style horseradish sauce (optional)
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
The sauce will keep in the fridge for about 3-5 days.
Serve with fish.
