Tuna, tzatziki and red onion rolls

Ingredients
4 round Turkish bread rolls, split
Olive oil cooking spray
200g container tzatziki dip
425g can tuna in oil, drained, flaked
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
1/3 cup flat-leaf parsley leaves, chopped
Method
Step 1
Preheat a sandwich press. Spray cut surfaces of rolls with oil. Spread tzatziki over all 8 cut surfaces.
Step 2
Top roll bases with tuna, onion slices and parsley. Season with salt and pepper. Top with roll tops. Spray tops and bases with oil.
Step 3
Place rolls, 2 at a time, into sandwich press. Cook for 6 minutes or until golden.
