Dutch Stamppot With Curly Endive Lettuce and Cheese

Ingredients:
1 kg potato
3 pinches salt & pepper, freshly ground
15 g butter
100 ml milk
450-500 g curly endive lettuce
250 g gouda cheese, in small cubes
Cooking Instructions:
Peel potatoes, cut them in pieces and cook in a little water for ca. 20 minutes. Drain excess water and add all the other ingredients. Mash and stir so you get all the stuff from the corners mixed in as well.
