Norwegian Cinnamon Buns (Skillingsbolle)

Ingredients:
6 cups white flour
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup margarine
50 g yeast
2 cups lukewarm milk
2 tbsp cinnamon
2 tbsp sugar
Cooking Instructions:
Mix together the first 4 ingredients, then add the milk. Knead slightly and let the dough rise 1 hour. Mix the sugar and cinnamon together. Divide the dough in half, then roll each piece to a square about 16"x16". Spread the cinnamon-sugar mixture on top. Roll up each into a piece and slice off 12 equally-sized pieces. Shape into rolls. Let rise on a pan. Brush with egg white, then sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 325 degrees for 15-17 minutes until they are golden.
