Panama Mango-Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups peeled, ripe mango chunks
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
1 cup skim milk
1/2 banana, peeled
2 tablespoons fresh lime or lemon juice
Cooking Instructions:
Freeze mango chunks 1 - 1 1/2 hours, or until firm. Just before serving, combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately.
