Die marinade vir die ribs is:

Twee uit gedrukte lemoene

twee groot skeppe appelkoos konfyt,

4eetlepels Woestersous

1 telepel paprika,

1telepel hoender spice

Gooi oor die Ribs en laat staan vir so twee ure sit in oond vir tien minute op 280 dan draai af vir 40 minute op 180.

Die sous oor die pap is:

een groot ui op gesny

halwe rooi en halwe groen peper

Braai in olie tot mooi sag net nie brand nie gooi

4 tamaties sonder skil in en kook lekker sag

een eetlepel Apelkoos konfyt

prut tot amper gaar gooi

4 knoffel huisie fyn gekap met so n

bietjie aangemaakte bisto en

een hoender stok blokkie in

Laat staan tien minute en sit af
