Nutella Churro Donut Holes

INGREDIENTS

3 eggs

500 gr. flour

50 gr. butter

50 gr. sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 cube yeast

150-200 ml warm milk

taste oil for frying

qb Nutella for the filling

Melt the butter over low heat and let intiepidire.Riscaldare milk and dissolve the yeast. Form a mound of flour, add sugar and vanilla. Inside the fountain pour the eggs and begin to knead. Combine milk with yeast and melted butter. Knead the dough down, pick it up into a ball, hack it to cross with a knife and let it rise for a good hour and 30 minutes. Roll out the dough into a thin sheet and cut out circles with a glass. Stuff a disk with Nutella and cover with the other disc, by joining the edges well. Do rise 30 minutes. Fry the donuts in plenty of oil seeds.
