8 snye brood, gesmeer met margarien

2 groot tamaties (in skywe gesny)

& marmite

1 groenrissie ( in dun ringe gesny)

300ml gaar gegeurde maalvleis gemeng

150ml gerasperde kaas

met ½ blikkie gesnyde knopiesampioeîe

4 eiers

600ml melk

5ml sout

1ml peper

5ml mosterdpoeier

knippie rooipeper

Stel oond op 180C. Sny brood in blokkies en rangskik helfte daarvan op die bodem van ‘n gesmeerde oondskottel.

Plaas die helfte van die tamatie en soetrissie op die brood.

Plaas die helfte van die maalvleismengsel bo-op die soetrissie en tamatie en strooi helfte van kaas bo-oor.

Herhaal die lae.

Klits die eiers, melk, sout, peper, mosterdpoeier en rooipeper saam.

Gooi die melkmengsel bo-oor en week 20 minute lank.

Bak vir 30 minute of tot gestol.
