Kaassous

125 g spekvleis, gekap

1 ui, gekap

230 g knopiesampioene, in dun skyfies gesny

500 ml gerasperde cheddarkaas

250 ml mayonnaise van ’n goeie gehalte

Worsrol

600 g dun boerewors

3 broodrolletjies, heeltemal oopgesny

Voorverhit die roosterelement van die oond.

Kaassous

Braai die spek, ui en sampioene in ’n pan tot gaar. Verwyder van die hitte en

meng die kaas en mayonnaise by.

Worsrol

Draai die boerewors in 6 spirale en steek elke spiraal met ’n sosatiestok vas.

Plaas op ’n bakplaat en rooster tot gaar. Pak die broodjies met die sagte kant na

bo op die bakplaat, plaas ’n rolletjie wors op elkeen en skep van die kaassous

oor. Plaas onder die roosterelement tot die kaas net gesmelt is.
