250 ml rys. (Risotto)

1 kaneelstok

1 vanillapeul

800 ml melk

130 ml strooisuiker

fyn kaneel, om bo-op te sprinkel

Meng al die bestanddele in kastrol. Bring tot kookpunt en roer tot suiker gesmelt is. Laat prut tot rys sag is. Dit sal so 45 min neem. Skep in bakkies en sprinkel fyn kaneel oor. Sit voor saam met karamelsous.

Karamelsous

170 g fudge, in blokkies gebreek

125 ml room

Plaas fudge en room in kastrol oor lae hitte en roer nou en dan totdat fudge gesmelt is
