Slovak Pork with Paprika

Ingredients:
500 g Pork
40 g oil
80 g onion
Caraway seeds, pinch
Black pepper 1/8 tsp.
Salt by taste
Paprika 1/4 tsp.
Water 1/2 cup
Seasoning Mix (ex. Mrs. Dash Original Blend) 1/2 tsp.
Cooking Instructions:
Chop onion. Cut pork into small squares (2 cm). With medium heat, slightly brown the onion in oil. Add paprika, pork, caraway seeds, pepper, salt, and seasoning mix. Mix while heating. Brown pork slightly, turn heat down and add water. Let this boil until the meat is soft. Serve with rice or potatoes and vegetables.
