Hong Kong Dipping Sauce

Ingredients:
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
3 tablespoons fish sauce
1 tablespoon grated ginger
1/2 teaspoon wasabi paste
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
Cooking Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a glass jar with a tight-fitting lid. Shake vigorously and allow to stand for 1 hour to marry flavors.
