Hong Kong Spicy Orange Glaze

Ingredients:
1/2 cup chicken stock
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons shao xing wine
1 tablespoon chili garlic paste
1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons of water
Cooking Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until slightly thickened. Serve over roasted game hens.
