Turkish Chicken And Vermicelli Soup

Servings: 4
Ingredients:
3 Tablespoons Butter
1 Medium Onion, chopped
2 Medium Chicken Breast, chopped
1 Cup Vermicelli, broken
1 Quart Chicken Stock
Salt, to taste
3 Lemon Lemon Juice
Cooking Instructions:
Saute onion in butter until brown, add chicken and pasta, saute 2 minutes add stock and salt, boil, simmer, 20 minutes. remove from heat. Add lemon juice and serve.
