Turkish Noodle Soup With Mint

Servings: 4
Ingredients:
1 Teaspoon Flour
3 Cups Yogurt
1 Large Egg, beaten
4 Cups Chicken Stock
4 Ounces Vermicelli, broken
2 Tablespoons Butter
1 Large Onion, chopped
5 Cloves Garlic, chopped
1/2 Cup Mint, chopped
Salt And Pepper, to taste
Romano Cheese, to taste
Cooking Instructions:
Mix flour with yogurt. Add egg and stock, beat well. Bring to a simmer, add pasta and simmer for 10 minutes. Saute onion in butter for 5 minutes. Add garlic and mint. Saute for 1 minute. Add to the soup. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add salt and pepper. Simmer for 1 minute. Serve topped with romano.
