2 Kop koekmeel

4 tl paprika

2 tl bakpoeier

2 tl sout

2 tl swartpeper

2 tl Kerriepoeier

½ kop melk

½ kop water of ½ bier (bv castle, black label, hansa ens)

Meng al bogenoemde –Voeg die water of bier heel laaste by sodat jy die dikte van jou deeg kan bepaal. Die beslag moet nie te loperig wees nie.

Druk jou vis in die beslag en bak in warm olie (ongeveer 1cm diep) tot goudbruin aan beide kante

Dreineer olie af

Bedien met suurlemoenwiggies en aartappelskyfies
