1 eetlepel Sout

625ml suiker

15ml FLIPPEN LEKKA Curry Mix

15ml mosterdpoeier

30ml mielieblom (Maizena)

625 ml asyn

Kook kopkool en uie in soutwater sag. Dreineer goed. Meng res van bestanddele en kook vir 5 min saam. Gooi op gedreineerde kool en kook weer vir 5 minute. Skep kokend in gesteriliseerde bottels en verseël. Geniet as 'n bykos saam met varkvleis, braaivleis, of sommer net saam met wat jy wil!
