Bestanddele:

Koppie rou rys

7.5ml Kerrie poeier

2.5ml Mosterd poeier

5ml Basielie kruid

200ml Mayonaise

10ml Wit Asyn

5ml Worscester sous

20ml Goue stroop

Sout en Peper na smaak

1 Medium grote ui

1Groen rissie

1Rooi rissie

1Geel rissie

100g Gouda (opsioneel)

Metode:

Kook die rys in genoegsame water tot goed gaar. Spoel deeglik af en dreineer. Meng al die droë betanddele met die mayonaise, asyn worscester sous en goue stroop. Laat staan vir 15 minute. Sny die groen, geel en rooi rissies, asook die kaas op in +/- 1cm groot blokkies. Mens die rys, ui en rissies goed en gooi die Mayonaise mengsel by. Meng deeglik deur. Gooi kaas by en meng liggies. Plaas in die yskas vir 1 uur en dien dan op
