Makes about ¾ cup | Takes 10 min
Ingredients
125ml coriander, chopped
125ml parsley, chopped
4 garlic cloves, chopped
1 small red chilli, deseeded and chopped (optional)
15ml castor sugar
60ml lemon juice
3ml ground cumin
8ml paprika
Method
1 Blitz all the ingredients together until fine. Season.
2 Store in the fridge for up to a week.
