GENOEG VIR 4 MENSE

Bereiding: 15 min.

Gaarmaaktyd: 10-15 min.

250 g tagliatelle of linguini

15 ml (1 e) olyfolie

125 g chorizoworsies, in skyfies gesny

150 g sondroë tamaties in vinaigrette, gekap

1 blik (410 g) kekerertjies, gedreineer

1 bos spinasie, skoongemaak en stele verwyder

2 wiele fetakaas, grof gekrummel

sout en pas gemaalde peper

parmesaankaas vir voorsit

Kook die pasta tot gaar. Dreineer en hou eenkant.

Verhit die olie in ’n pan en braai die worsies tot goudbruin. Voeg die sondroë tamaties en kekerertjies by en roerbraai tot warm.

Voeg die spinasie by en braai tot verwelk.

Meng die pasta en die gebraaide bestanddele liggies.

Meng die feta deur, geur met die sout en peper en sit voor saam met die parmesaankaas.
