Ingredients
310ml French vinaigrette
250g mushrooms
Method
Bring the vinaigrette to boil on medium.
Take off the heat and add the mushrooms. Leave to cool.
<tip> You can use the leftover vinaigrette as a salad dressing or as a marinade again for veggies.
