Marshmallow pops

Makes 15 | Takes 25 min
Method
Stick 15 marshmallows onto straws or kebab sticks. Dip into 100g melted dark or milk chocolate and set in the fridge.
Beat together 60g butter and 250ml icing sugar until pale. Mix in 15ml milk and 3ml vanilla essence. Spoon the icing on top of the pops and top each one with a Smartie. Sprinkle with 100s and 1000s or rainbow vermicelli.
No cooking required!
