Hierdie moeitelose tertjies bevat die klassieke kombinasie van spekvleis, kaas en sampioene. Heerlik!

Bereiding: 10 min.

Gaarmaak: 4 min

4 eiers

60 ml (¼ k) suurroom

80 ml (⅓ k) gerasperde mozzarella

sout en peper

100 g sampioene, in skywe gesny

3 skywe toebroodjieham, gekap

’n hand vol vars grasuie, gekap

Smeer 6 holtes van ’n silikoon-kolwyntjievorm.

Meng die eiers, suurroom en kaas in ’n mengbak en geur met sout en peper.

Meng die sampioene, ham en grasuie en verdeel tussen die kolwyntjiesholtes.

Giet die eiermengsel oor die sampioenmengsel in die holtes.

Mikrogolf 4 minute op hoog of tot die sampioene gaar is.

Sit die tertjies voor saam met ’n slaai van jou keuse.
