Hierdie pasteitjies is heerlik vir ’n klein byeenkoms saam met vriende en familie.

Bereiding: 10 min.

Gaarmaak: 20 min.

400 g broskorsdeeg

Vulsel

200 g spekvleis, gaar

3 murgpampoentjies, fyn gerasper

1 rooi soetrissie, fyn gekap

4 eiers

250 ml (1 k) melk

100 g spinasie, fyn gekap

100 g cheddarkaas

sout en peper

Voorverhit die oond tot 180 °C en smeer ’n muffinpan liggies.

Rol die deeg uit op ’n oppervlak wat met meel bestrooi is en sny sirkels uit wat in die gate sal pas.

Meng al die vulselbestanddele in ’n bak en geur na smaak.

Verdeel die vulsel tussen die deegdoppies en bak 20 min. of tot goudkleurig.

Sit warm voor.
