Strawberry and rosewater jam

Ingredients
1kg strawberries
750g jam sugar (this has pectin in it and helps the jam solidify)
1 lemon
2 Tbsp rosewater
Method
Clean and hull the strawberries. Add to a large pot with the lemon juice on a medium heat, and cook for about 15 minutes until soft and juicy.
Add the sugar and cook for a further 10 + minutes, until the sugar has dissolved and the mixture thickens.
At the end, stir in the rosewater.
Pour hot jam into hot, sterilised jars. Turn upside down for 5 minutes to 'seal' the jar. Only open when cool. Enjoy!
