Ingredients
250g granadilla pulp
750g bananas, roughly sliced
5ml vanilla extract
30ml orange blossom water (optional)
125ml orange juice
750ml sugar
a squeeze of lemon juice
Method
Add the fruit, lemon juice and vanilla extract to a pot on the stove, and cook on medium heat until it softens and starts to get juicy.
Add the sugar and cook for a further 8-10 minutes, until the sugar cooks away.
Once the jam has cooked, stir in the orange blossom water.
Store in a sterilised jar.
