Gaarmaaktyd: 15 min.

15 ml (1 e) olie

500 g varkworsies

1 ui, in skyfies gesny

15 ml (1 e) appelkooskonfyt

60 ml (¼ k) tamatiesous

60 ml (¼ k) blatjang

1 blik (480 g)perskeskywe, gedreineer

sout en pas

gemaalde peper

250 g gaar eiernoedels

koljanderblare en gekapte stingeluie vir bo-oor sprinkel

Verhit die olie in ’n pan en braai die worsies tot gaar. Sny in skyfies en hou eenkant.

Braai die ui in dieselfde pan tot gaar. Voeg die appelkooskonfyt, tamatiesous en blatjang by en verhit.

Plaas die worsies terug in die pan en roerbraai ’n paar sekondes.

Meng die perskes liggies deur, geur met die sout en peper en sit voor op die noedels. Sprinkel die koljanderblare en stingeluie oor.
