Ingredients
For the butterscotch sauce
250ml cream
125g butter
250ml brown sugar
For the chocolate pancakes
1 basic pancake recipe
30ml cocoa powder

Method
For the butterscotch sauce, heat the cream, butter and sugar on low, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Increase heat to medium and bring to boil for about 8-10 minutes until thickened. Cool to room temperature.
For the chocolate pancakes, follow the method for making basic pancakes and sift the cocoa powder in with the dry ingredients.
To serve, sandwich 2 pancakes together with the chocolate spread and fold into squares. Drizzle with the butterscotch sauce, nuts and sea-salt flakes.
