CRISPY CALAMARI

Serves 6 Prep 5 min Cook 3 min|
1/ 3 cup (80ml) flour
salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
500g cleaned calamari tubes
vegetable oil, for frying
Combine the flour, salt and pepper.
Slice the calamari into rings and toss through the flour.
Fry in the heated oil for about 3 minutes. Drain on paper towel.
Serve with sea salt, lemon wedges and parsley.
PEACH FIZZERS
Make sure you have a few carafes of this fizzy, fruity
cocktail – cheers!
Makes 2 large carafes Prep 5 min
410g tin sliced peaches, drained
1 bottle sparkling wine
fresh mint, to serve
Place the tinned peaches in a blender and purée.
Add half the puréed peaches to each carafe and top up with sparkling wine.
Add some fresh mint to each carafe before serving.
