Granadilla cordial

Makes about 750 ml | Takes 15 min
Ingredients
750ml castor sugar
375ml water
3 x 110g tins granadilla pulp
juice of 2 lemons
Method
Heat all the ingredients on medium high , stirring until the sugar has dissolved. Bring to boil and cook for 5 minutes. Spoon off any foam that comes to the surface. Remove from the heat and pour into sterilised jars (see note).
Cool and keep in the fridge.
To Serve
Dilute with water, lemonade, soda water or sparkling wine and serve over crushed ice. Add a shot of vodka and mint, if you prefer.
