Makes 3-4 bottles (250ml each)
Garlic and Lemon Oil
2 cups (500ml) olive oil
2 tsp (10ml) sea salt and black pepper
2 tsp (10ml) dried oreganum
Combine the oil, salt, pepper and oreganum in a jug and whisk.
Add the lemon peel, garlic and rosemary to sterilised glass bottles and pour the oil in. rind of 2 lemons 4 cloves garlic, sliced 6-8 stalks rosemary
