MINUTE STEAK ROLLS WITH TOMATOES

3 tbsp (45ml) olive or avocado oil
1 onion, thinly sliced
300g baby tomatoes
8 minute steaks
8 crispy rolls
200g tub herb cream cheese
French fries, to serve
Heat 2 tbsp (30ml) oil in a frying pan and add the onion. Fry for 2-3 minutes and add the tomatoes.
Fry for a further 5 minutes until the onion and tomatoes have softened. Season well.
Heat the remaining oil in a separate frying pan and fry the steaks for 2-3 minutes on each side.
Add a piece of steak to each roll, spread over some cream cheese and top with onion and tomato mix, then serve with French fries.
