Makes 1 log | Takes 5 min + refrigeration
Ingredients
125g butter
125ml Peppadews®
large handful of parsley leaves, chopped
Method
Blitz the butter, Peppadews® and parsley together until well combined. Season.
Spoon onto a piece of wax paper and roll up tightly into a log. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until hard.
Slice into disks and serve on top of grilled steak or use as a stuffing for chicken.
