Savoury cheese muffins

These are especially delicious served with a dollop of pesto.
Makes 12 | Prep 15 min | Bake 15-20 min
Ingredients
1½ cups (375ml) self-raising flour
2 cups (500ml) grated cheese
1 baby marrow, grated
¼ cup (60ml) chopped chives
¾ cup (180ml) milk
1 egg, beaten
¼ cup (60ml) fruit chutney
Method
Preheat the oven to 200°C and grease a 12-hole muffin pan.
Sift the flour into a large bowl andadd the cheese, baby marrow and chives.
Whisk the milk, egg and chutney together in a jug until wellcombined.
Make a well in the centre of the dry ingredients and add the milk mixture. Using a large metal spoon, gently mix until just combined and spoon into the muffin pan.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean.
Cool in the pan for 5 minutes before turning onto a wire rack.
