Spiced caramelised pineapple

Serves 6-8 | Takes 15 min
Ingredients
2 pineapples, peeled
olive or avocado oil, for brushing
60ml castor sugar
10ml cayenne pepper
10ml ground cinnamon
250ml plain yoghurt
handful mint, chopped
30ml honey
Method
Cut the pineapples into wedges and brush with oil. Cook for about 2 minutes per side over medium coals until charred.
Mix the sugar, cayenne pepper and cinnamon together. Sprinkle over the fruit. Combine the yoghurt, mint and honey. Serve the fruit with the dip.
