Stuffed mushrooms

Serves 8 | Takes 30 min
Ingredients
8 black mushrooms, wiped clean
handful spinach, chopped, washed
and dried
1 garlic clove, crushed
15ml cake flour
250ml cream
125ml Mozzarella cheese, grated
Method
Preheat oven to 180°C. Place the mushrooms on a baking tray and season. Blitz the spinach, garlic, flour and cream until roughly combined. Season to taste and spoon on top of the mushrooms.
Bake for about 20 minutes until cooked. Sprinkle over grated Mozzarella cheese and bake for about 5 minutes until the cheese has melted and the mushrooms are cooked.
