Ditch the pre-braai potato crisps for this quick and easy but impressive-looking, healthy hors d'oeuvre.

Ingredients
Vegetable chips
Sour cream or hummus
Herbs
Method
Place vegetable chips on a serving plate and add a dollop of sour cream and/or hummus on top of each.
Serve with scattered baby herbs, like rocket.
