Balsamic Grape Chicken

Serves 4

Cooking time: 20 minutes
45ml olive oil
8-12 chicken drumsticks
45ml water
60ml balsamic vinegar
30ml brown sugar
250g mixed grapes, taken off the bunch salt and pepper
1.Heat the oil in a large, deep saucepan or casserole dish. Fry the chicken until nicely browned over medium heat.
2.Add the water, balsamic vinegar and brown sugar. Simmer until most of the liquid has evaporated. Add the grapes and cook for another 6 minutes until everything is nicely caramelised.
3.Adjust the seasoning with salt and freshly ground black pepper and serve with a starch of your choice.
