BANANA LOLLIES

Insert an ice cream stick into 8 small, peeled bananas.
Melt 3 Bar-one chocolates with 4 tbsp (60ml) cream in a
glass bowl over a pot of simmering water. Make sure the
glass bowl doesn’t touch the water. Once melted, remove
from the heat and allow to cool slightly. Dip the top half of
the bananas into the melted chocolate and sprinkle with
nuts. Cool on baking paper.
