BOLOGNAISE WRAP PIZZAS

Serves 4 Prep 10 min Bake 15 min
8 wraps
2 cups (500ml) leftover bolognaise sauce
1 cup (250ml) grated Cheddar
1 red pepper, chopped
2 spring onions, chopped
1 small avocado, finely chopped
salt and ground black pepper
Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease two baking trays.
Place the wraps on the trays and top with bolognaise. Sprinkle each wrap with cheese, red pepper and spring onion.
Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and the wrap base is crisp.
Scatter with avocado and season with salt and pepper and a sprinkling of extra spring onion.
