Cheese and Ham Sushi

Serves 2
Prep time: 10 minutes
4 slices of brown bread
5ml margarine
4 large slices Cheddar cheese
4 slices of ham
1 Cut off the crusts of each slice of bread. Spread the margarine onto each slice.
2 Lay a slice of ham and cheese onto each slice of bread.
3 Starting at one end roll each slice of bread up as you would a Swiss roll.
4 Cut into pieces and serve.
