Cream Cheese Balls with Nibbed Almonds and Toasted Sesame Seeds

These nutty little cheesy balls would go splendidly with a semisweet
wine.
Makes 20
Prep time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 5 minutes
250g cream cheese
15ml peanut oil
50g toasted almonds
50g sesame seeds, toasted
To toast the almonds and sesame seeds, place them in a dry hot
pan until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese and the peanut oil. Using
your fingertips, make small balls and then roll them in the toasted
almonds and sesame seeds.
