Guava Smoothie

Makes about 500ml (enough for two people)
Prep time: 15 minutes
2 guavas, peeled
½ a banana, peeled
200ml plain yoghurt
100ml guava juice
30ml fine almonds or 4 Amaretti
biscuits
honey to taste
1 Cut the guavas into chunks and place in a blender along with the banana, yoghurt,
guava juice and almonds (or biscuits). Purée until smooth.
2 Pour into tall glasses and add honey to taste.
3 Serve with ice if you like.
