Lemon Butter and Garlic Prawns with a hint of Chilli

Cooking time: 15 minutes
2kg whole prawns
1 red chilli, thinly sliced (add more chillies if you’d like it spicy)
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 lemon, juice and zest
60ml butter, melted salt and pepper to taste
1 Clean the prawns by cutting along their spines and removing the thin black intestinal cord.
2 Marinade the prawns in the remaining ingredients for 30 minutes. Cook the prawns in a flat pan on the braai to retain all the juices. Serve immediately.
