Marshmallow Sauce

Prep time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
18 marshmallows
125ml cream
1 vanilla pod or 2.5ml vanilla essence
1. Place the marshmallows in a double
boiler. Add the cream and heat until
marshmallows have melted.
2. Cut open the vanilla pod lengthways
and scrape out the seeds. Add the
seeds to the marshmallow mixture. Stir
until smooth and thick. Serve hot.
