Sausage Rolls

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Cut 2 thawed rolls of puff
pastry in half and spread
on some Dijon mustard
(leave a 2cm border). Place
a long strip of your favourite
sausage along the long
edge of the pastry and
enclose. Brush the edge
with beaten egg to seal.
Cut into 3cm pieces and
bake for 20 minutes, or until
golden, and the sausage is
cooked.
