Halloumi and Cherry Tomato Skewers

Try the basil sauce with any veggie combination.
Serves 12
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 5 minutes
2 x 250g packets halloumi, cut into chunks
300g pack cherry tomatoes, halved
60ml chopped basil
50ml olive oil
1 large garlic clove, crushed
Put the halloumi and tomatoes in a bowl
and mix with the basil, olive oil, garlic and
season well.
Thread onto skewers and grill for 5
minutes, turning halfway. Serve with salad.
