It's a pizza cake

Ingredients
2 x 340g packets golden butter cake mix
Yellow and brown gel food colourings
255g jar strawberry fruit spread
100g piece white chocolate
6 green jubes, halved crossways
4 strawberry sour straps
6 black jelly beans, halved
Buttercream icing
125g unsalted butter, softened
1 1/2 cups icing sugar mixture
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180C/160C fan-forced. Grease a 7cm-deep, 28cm round (base) cake pan. Line base and side with baking paper.
Step 2
Prepare cake mix following packet directions. Pour batter into prepared pan. Smooth top with a spatula. Bake for 45 minutes or until a skewer inserted into centre comes out clean. Stand for 10 minutes. Turn out onto a wire rack to cool.
Step 3
Meanwhile, make Buttercream icing: Using an electric mixer, beat butter in a bowl for 8 to 10 minutes or until pale. Gradually add sugar, beating to combine. Beat in vanilla.
Step 4
Using yellow and brown food colourings, tint icing to make a 'pizza base' colour.
Step 5
Using a serrated knife, level top of cake. Place cake on a board or plate. Spread top and side with icing. Leaving a 1cm border, spread fruit spread over top of cake. Using a vegetable peeler, peel chocolate into curls. Sprinkle evenly over spread. Top with jubes.
Step 6
Using a 3cm round cutter, cut sour straps into discs. Scatter over pizza to resemble pepperoni. Add jelly beans for olives. Serve.
