Sesame dressing

Ingredients
60ml (1/4 cup) soy sauce
60ml (1/4 cup) rice vinegar
1 tablespoon light olive oil
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
1 long fresh red chilli, halved, deseeded, finely chopped
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Wombok, sliced carrots and bean sprouts
Method
Step 1
Whisk soy sauce, rice vinegar, olive oil, brown sugar, sesame seeds, chilli and sesame oil in a bowl until well combined. Drizzle over an asian-style salad of shredded wombok, sliced carrots and bean sprouts.
