Aberdeen Toasties / Aberdeen Nips

Ingredients
175 g (6 oz) haddock fillets, cooked, skinned and flaked
2/3 cup (150 ml) 1/4 pt coating cheese sauce
2 egg yolks
salt pepper
4 slices of buttered toast
Method
1. Put the haddock, sauce, egg yolks, salt and pepper into a saucepan and heat gently, stirring.
2. Pour on to the toast and, if liked, brown under the grill/broiler.
